Job Opportunity: Technical Service Specialist

We are seeking a talented Technical Service Specialist fluent in Dutch, preferably residing in the Randstad area. This is not your typical service role; you will be working with high-quality machines designed and manufactured right here in the Netherlands. This role demands thoughtful engineering and problem-solving skills, as the work often presents complex challenges.

Your Responsibilities

Your day begins by driving to customer locations to address technical issues. Your work involves:

• Troubleshooting problems and providing immediate solutions
• Performing maintenance and refurbishing machines on-site
• Working with diverse technologies, including mechanical cleaning systems, high-pressure pumps, and complex electronic inspection equipment

Many issues are not straightforward; you will need to analyze and test equipment thoroughly to identify root causes and resolve them effectively. While you will work independently, support is available when needed to ensure that problems are addressed correctly.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek someone who is both skilled and knowledgeable in the technical aspects of the role. Requirements include:

• At least 3 years of experience in service, machine construction, or a related field
• A solid foundation in electrical engineering or mechatronics, with hydraulic knowledge a plus
• Experience with various types of engines (diesel, petrol, electric)
• Familiarity with pumps or PTO systems is advantageous
• The ability to work independently and think critically to find solutions
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions
• Fluency in Dutch and capability to work with digital reporting
• Residence in Western Netherlands
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the headquarters in Brabant for training
