We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel in Switzerland!
In this role, reporting to the General Manager, you will assist in leading the daily Food and Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.
You will demonstrate a unique talent for building, leading, coaching, training, and developing a strong team. You will ensure our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of support and care, while also creating a vibrant workplace for all to deliver outstanding experiences.
The ideal Director of Food and Beverage candidate will possess:
Applicants should have a minimum of five to seven years of experience across diverse Food and Beverage management positions, and hotel opening experience is highly desirable. Fluency in German and English is essential for this location, along with eligibility to work in the EU.
