Position Available
We are seeking to hire an Asian Chef for a seasonal contract starting in mid-December 2026 or by mutual agreement for the Winter Season 2026/2027.
Your Area of Responsibility Includes:
- Executing all work in the production area following quality and management guidelines.
- Preparation, processing, and presentation of all dishes as per instructions and in collaboration with the Culinary Director.
- Providing the required mise-en-place.
- Adhering to kitchen standards and hygiene regulations.
- Ensuring the proper storage of all food items.
- Maintaining and cleaning all work areas and equipment.
- Complying with all HACCP guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an apprenticeship as a chef.
- Several years of experience in Asian cuisine.
- A strong awareness of quality, alongside flexibility, resilience, team spirit, and enthusiasm.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are advantageous.
