D365 Insights Developer - 1 Year Contract Role - Hybrid (London, UK)
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a D365 Insights Developer to join one of our key partners on an ongoing project. This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension.
The contract is set to start as soon as possible. The role will be hybrid, with 3 days on-site in London, UK.
Role Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Configuring and developing Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights - Journeys solutions.
- Delivering customer engagement and marketing automation capabilities.
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Building Power Automate workflows.
- Integrating D365 with other systems.
- Troubleshooting and optimizing existing solutions.
- Producing technical documentation to support ongoing platform enhancements.
Specific Skills/Experience
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and developing solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.
- Proficiency in Power Automate for designing, implementing, and managing automated business processes.
- Good understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, Dataverse, custom entities, workflows, and plugins.
- Experience integrating D365 with Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps and SharePoint, as well as third-party applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, Customer Insights experience, and Agile/Scrum delivery experience are desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English.
