D365 Customer Insights - Journeys Developer - London, UK (Hybrid)

We are excited to announce a new contract opportunity for a D365 Customer Insights - Journeys Developer. Join one of our key partners in a long-term customer engagement and CRM transformation programme. This position offers an initial 12-month contract with potential for extension.

The role will commence as soon as possible and will follow a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week on-site in London, UK.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales
• Proven expertise in Customer Insights - Journeys (Dynamics 365 Marketing)
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and business process automation
• Good knowledge of Dataverse and the wider Dynamics 365 ecosystem
• Strong communication skills in English

Experience with Microsoft certifications, marketing automation solutions, or large enterprise environments would be advantageous.
