Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to facilitate data migration activities within an SAP ECC environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC data migration, coupled with solid expertise in ETL methodologies and SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end data migration activities within an SAP ECC environment.
• Extract, transform, cleanse, and load data from legacy or source systems into SAP.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data migration.
• Utilize SAP BODS or similar ETL tools to facilitate data migration.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Support data cleansing, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Investigate and resolve data migration issues.
• Collaborate closely with functional SAP teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist in migration testing, cutover, and post-migration activities.
• Produce relevant migration documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP Data Migration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC.
• Proficient in ETL processes.
• Experience with SAP BODS or similar ETL tools.
• Solid understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Experience with data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Comfortable working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple SAP ECC modules.
• Background in SAP migration projects or legacy system migrations.
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
• S/4HANA migration experience.
• Familiarity with SAP Data Services or similar migration/ETL tools.
