As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our culinary offerings. Your duties will include:
- Fresh preparation of warm dishes using a wok on a gas stove
- Fresh preparation of cold dishes
- Plating and presentation of dishes
- Assisting with all tasks in the kitchen
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Creating staff schedules and duty rosters
- Managing inventory, including ordering and inventory control
