Switzerland Country Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Switzerland Country Lead to take overall ownership of business results in Switzerland. This pivotal role encompasses business development, client partnerships, project follow-up and delivery, as well as daily operations. As the key bridge between the regional team and global headquarters, you will secure effective HQ support to drive long-term sustainable business growth in Switzerland.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business development and P&L management for Baidu Apollo's autonomous mobility operations in Switzerland. Oversee the execution of local strategy, collaborate on commercial partnerships (including PostBus), and ensure regulatory compliance with Swiss traffic and data protection requirements.
• Drive the deployment of the autonomous shuttle fleet, manage daily operations, and optimize service quality. Act as the key liaison between local teams and global headquarters to align technical iterations, resource allocation, and project delivery.
• Manage the development of the local team, expand partnerships within the industrial ecosystem, and represent Apollo Go in external communications with industry and governmental entities to support long-term business scaling in Europe.
• Take full leadership of local project end-to-end delivery and localization implementation. Lead cross-functional and cross-border coordination between global technical teams, local operation teams, and external stakeholders. Standardize localized project management processes, adapt product and operational solutions to Swiss traffic regulations, business scenarios, and market characteristics, and resolve any collaboration barriers and project delivery bottlenecks to ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely execution of all local autonomous mobility projects.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in international project management, autonomous driving, robotics, intelligent mobility, or related industries.
• Strong customer-facing experience with international key accounts.
• Experience in cross-border project delivery, particularly within European contexts.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Mandatory: Professional working-level English. Preferred: Proficiency in Chinese and German; additional language capabilities would be considered an asset for effective collaboration with global teams and international stakeholders.

Working Conditions & Compensation

• Full-time position, up to 45 hours per week.
• Regular travel within Switzerland to customer locations, testing sites, and partner facilities.
• Close collaboration with teams located in Switzerland and China across different time zones.
• Occasional international travel may be required for project coordination and business development activities.
