  • Reviewing Basis of Estimates for accuracy and completeness

On the administration side, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing contractual documentation
  • Advising management on contractual rights and obligations
  • Maintaining historical records

You will also support shipment, billing, and payment processes; interface with DCMA as required; and prepare supporting documentation, including proprietary information agreements, associate contractor agreements, and export licenses. Interpreting FAR guidance and managing flow downs across contract types is a core aspect of the role.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5 or more years of contract-related experience
  • Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS, along with a solid understanding of pre-award and post-award federal contracting practices, techniques, and standards
  • Experience across multiple contract types, including cost-plus, fixed price, and time and materials
  • U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance (active within the last 24 months)

  • Experience working with commercial partners in the defense industry
  • Experience as a prime contractor for the Department of Defense
  • Experience with Other Transaction Agreements (OTA)
