About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant/Developer for our international client. The client utilizes ServiceNow for ITSM, incident management, and service requests, and is looking to build an AI agent to develop user story agents and analyze incidents. The primary goal is to establish a governance framework concept applicable to new service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Conception and development of an AI agent (GenAI).
- Build User Story Agent in ServiceNow (ITSM, incident management, service requests).
- Develop AI agent to analyze incidents.
- Provide best practice AI advice.
- Integrate Python development with relevant APIs.
- Create and maintain a governance framework for various service requests.
Requirements
- Strong project experience with GenAI.
- Proficient in Python development.
- Experience in developing solutions/concepts from the ground up.
- Experience with ServiceNow, especially API integration (preferred).
- Experience in building AI user story agents and service request agents.
- Strong project experience with Azure platforms.
- Proficient in API integration.
- Experience in both technical design and development.
- Fluency in English is essential.
