Job Title: Cold Kitchen Chef

We are seeking a talented and creative Cold Kitchen Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in preparing a variety of cold dishes, while ensuring presentation and flavor are at the forefront of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cold appetizers, salads, chilled soups, charcuterie, terrines, canapés, and dressings from scratch.
  • Design visually appealing food displays and platters for both à la carte service and large-scale banquets.
  • Ensure consistent flavor, texture, and presentation of all dishes leaving the cold kitchen according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist with basic cold-food prep, including portioning and arranging raw or cured meats, cheeses, and seafood.
