Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative culinary professional to join our team as a Cold Kitchen Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of cold appetizers, salads, chilled soups, charcuterie, terrines, canapés, and dressings from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cold appetizers, salads, chilled soups, charcuterie, terrines, canapés, and dressings from fresh ingredients.
  • Design visually appealing food displays and platters for à la carte service as well as large-scale banquets.
  • Ensure consistent flavor, texture, and presentation of all dishes leaving the cold kitchen, adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist with basic cold-food preparation, including portioning and arranging raw or cured meats, cheeses, and seafood.
