Job Opportunity: HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a full-time contract position in Basel. This role is set to commence as soon as possible and will continue until 31 March 2027.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Support talent management processes including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, facilitating the resolution of employee relations issues.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
