Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer to enhance our commercial operations and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, with a particular focus on international markets, including the UAE, Nigeria, and the Middle East. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and converting business opportunities in these regions, building long-term relationships, and positioning our flexible workspace solutions as the ideal choice for global companies establishing or expanding their presence in Geneva and beyond.

This position combines local center sales with international outreach, making it a perfect opportunity for individuals with a global mindset, strong networking skills, and a passion for travel in search of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and leverage contacts in Dubai, Cameroon, and Nigeria.
  • Develop and execute international business development strategies to attract clients from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, North America, and beyond, particularly those seeking a prestigious Geneva business address and flexible workspace solutions.
  • Prospect, qualify, and acquire new corporate clients, including multinationals, international organizations, NGOs, startups, and scale-ups for office spaces, coworking memberships, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and related services.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of international leads through proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, networking events, and targeted campaigns.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, diplomatic events, and chambers of commerce to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Conduct site visits, tours, and presentations for international prospects, showcasing our premium facilities, flexible contracts, and global network.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maximizing revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the center team to align on strategy and share insights on international markets.
  • Monitor market trends in flexible workspaces, competitor activities, and international business relocation patterns to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in flexible workspaces, serviced offices, real estate, hospitality, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of developing international business and successfully closing complex deals with global clients.
  • Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory; proficiency in French is highly desirable; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a strong advantage.
  • A strong network in international business circles, diplomatic communities, or multinational companies, especially in Dubai, Cameroon, and Nigeria, is a plus.
  • Results-driven with outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally frequently and attend evening or weekend networking events.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
