At Deloitte, our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. You will gain valuable insights into IT Strategy and Operating Model design, IT Architecture, IT Business Management, IT Agility Advisory, and IT M&A, enriching your career journey.

Responsibilities

Work in a client-facing role on projects in key industries, such as consulting a world-leading bank on establishing the largest European wealth management or developing the commercial strategy for a Swiss chemical company across its global markets.
Collaborate with customers and, with support from your experienced colleagues, tackle challenging problems and solutions.
Conduct analysis, participate in workshops and status meetings, and prepare documents and presentations.
Support Chief Information Officers and their teams in designing and implementing projects to address significant IT challenges.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are a reliable character who enjoys working methodically, has great attention to detail, and possesses a thirst for knowledge. You bring fresh perspectives to a fast-paced environment and excel at follow-through.
You have relevant internships or work experience in IT Consulting or an IT department of a global company, demonstrating practical knowledge and readiness for the role.
You hold a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, and/or Engineering, with significant exposure to IT topics.
A passion for IT innovation and awareness of major technology trends (Agile Methodology, Robotics, Cloud, etc.) set you apart.
You are comfortable with regular travel and can communicate fluently in English and German or French; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
