We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, and inspiring Boarding / Pastoral Support Officer (20-25%) to start in February 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the well-being, personal development, and day-to-day care of our boarding students, collaborating closely with Houseparents and the wider pastoral team.
Experience working with young people in a boarding school setting is essential, along with a genuine commitment to pastoral care and safeguarding. An understanding of and interest in contributing to the development of pastoral practices, processes, and initiatives relevant to an international boarding school environment are crucial.
