Your Tasks:

• Programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines
• Manufacturing precision parts and mechanical components according to technical drawings
• Conducting quality controls and measurements of produced parts
• Optimizing production processes to increase efficiency
• Maintenance and servicing of machines and tools
• Analyzing and resolving issues with production equipment
• Documenting work steps and checking produced products

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in CNC machining and manufacturing is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in programming CNC controls
• Precise, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness for different assignments
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving license category B is an advantage
