Responsibilities
- Preparation of high-quality baked goods and pastry products according to traditional and modern recipes.
- Ensuring the quality and freshness of our products.
- Preparation and organization of workflows in the bakery.
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
- Creative involvement in the development of new products and recipes.
Qualifications
- Completed training as a baker or pastry chef.
- Experience in the production of baked goods and pastries.
- Passion for the craft and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
