Backstage Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced Backstage Developer for our international client. In this role, your primary focus will be on enhancing the internal developer platform to streamline and accelerate software delivery processes. You will be tasked with designing, building, and maintaining Backstage plugins, templates, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Backstage
- Improve self-service workflows
- Integrate CI/CD, Cloud, and engineering tools
- Maintain software catalogues and documentation standards
- Promote best practices for platform adoption across teams
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Hands-on project experience as a Backstage Developer
- Strong project experience with TypeScript/Node.js
- Proficient in API and toolchain integration
- Deep understanding of Developer Platforms, DevOps practices, and user-focused engineering
- Project experience in international settings for European businesses
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
