Tasks

As a member of the B2B Servicing CH Team, your role will include providing support in the areas of Travel Agency and Group Booking. Additionally, you will support the Team Leads and gain firsthand leadership experience.

• Assist the Team Lead in both disciplinary and functional leadership within the B2B Servicing CH team in BSL
• Support regular reporting, analysis tasks, and other administrative duties
• Monitor and identify opportunities for improvement in B2B servicing processes, working with the Global B2B Servicing Competence Center and various stakeholders
• Facilitate communication across teams, meetings, and workshops
• Participate in various projects to ensure sales servicing needs are integrated into all products and processes
• Broaden your aviation knowledge through collaboration with different departments (Sales, Marketing, B2C) to understand SWISS and LHG's concepts and goals

Requirements

We are looking for individuals eager to gain insights into the fascinating world of aviation, an adventure that guarantees a remarkable first footprint.

• Preferred 100% workload for this position
• Current students or graduates of HF diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s programs (HF diploma and Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
• A strong interest in the aviation industry
• Proficient in both German and English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A high level of personal initiative, quick perception, and strong motivation
• Exceptional interaction and communication skills
• Flexibility and teamwork abilities
