Job Description

We are seeking a skilled auditor to join our team in the Trade, Industries & Services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting integrated audits for companies preparing financial statements in accordance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and filing with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). Additionally, you will perform statutory audits for companies complying with Swiss law, as well as audits for private companies adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Your responsibilities will also include managing audits of non-financial reports, such as ESG audits, and preparing comprehensive audit files for Partner review. You will assist in presenting audit findings to management or the Board of Directors, while developing and extending relationships with our clients to support them in technical accounting matters.

Your Skill Set

• Over 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role at a Big 4 company.
• Strong technical proficiency with an excellent working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
• Completion of the US CPA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in managing large, multi-location audits, with effective daily management of clients and network PwC firms within the region.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to report effectively to Partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
