The role of Associate Director, Pipeline Intelligence and Reporting offers a unique opportunity to support how Development leaders evaluate pipeline performance, risks, and opportunities by transforming complex data into insights that drive better portfolio decisions, improve implementation, and ultimately help bring innovative medicines to patients faster.
As an Associate Director, Pipeline Intelligence and Reporting, you will manage and enhance project and pipeline data, reporting, and analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making across Novartis Development. This role ensures accurate, consistent, and accessible data; translates complex analyses into clear business implications and recommendations; and partners across functions to monitor performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, continuously improving reporting and portfolio outcomes.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is CHF 122,500.00 - CHF 227,500.00. Salary is determined based on relevant skills, competencies, and experience in line with Novartis pay setting policy and subject to periodic reviews. Eligible candidates may also qualify for a performance-based bonus.
