Job Opportunity: Associate Director to Director - Lease Advisory Team

W Talent is currently collaborating with a prominent General Practice situated in the heart of London. We are seeking a dedicated Associate Director to Director to join our Lease Advisory team. This role is pivotal to the business and offers a clear pathway to progression into a Partner and Head of position as we expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, lease restructures, break options, and lease surrenders.
• Provide strategic advice to maximize rental income, asset value, and occupational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, occupiers, healthcare providers, and asset managers.
• Deliver market-facing advice supported by detailed rental analysis and market intelligence.
• Collaborate effectively with agency, valuation, investment, and property management teams.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
• Mentor and develop junior surveyors while supporting team leadership and business strategy.

Experience & Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with 6+ years of significant Lease Advisory / Landlord & Tenant experience.
• Strong track record across Office, Industrial & Logistics, and Healthcare property sectors.
• Demonstrable expertise in lease negotiations and rental valuation.
• Proven ability to manage major client relationships and generate fees.
• Established market network and strong business development capability.
