For our Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle, Switzerland, we are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager. Located just a few steps from the terminals and within the dynamic “Circle” district, our hotel features 255 rooms and is integrated within a vibrant ecosystem of retail, dining, and a convention center that accommodates various events (17 Meeting Rooms + Convention Hall for up to 1,500 persons). This hotel stands as one of Hyatt’s most visible showcases in Europe.
As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the guest experience at Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport. You will support the Front Office Manager in daily operations and ensure outstanding service quality in alignment with Hyatt standards. Alongside your team, you will create seamless arrival and departure experiences, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations at the heart of the hotel.
