Your Mission:

• Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications.
• Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries and customers on the use of ETEL products.
• Create, maintain, and update training and course materials.
• Generate and update application and technical notes.
• Serve as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their application in various customer contexts.
• Analyze problems and find solutions to meet customer and market needs.
• Develop best-known methods and best practices for utilizing ETEL products effectively.
• Support our sales teams by providing demonstrations and technical information regarding our products, and assist them during customer negotiations.
• Perform commissioning of ETEL products, conduct tests, and provide demonstrations.
• Recommend product improvements.
• This role includes approximately 20% business travel.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in applications engineering.
• Proven background in mechatronics or industrial machine design is advantageous.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.
• Knowledge of control and regulation theory.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
