Your Mission:
- Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications.
- Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries and customers on the use of ETEL products.
- Create, maintain, and update training and course materials.
- Generate and update application and technical notes.
- Serve as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their application in various customer contexts.
- Analyze problems and find solutions to meet customer and market needs.
- Develop best-known methods and best practices for utilizing ETEL products effectively.
- Support our sales teams by providing demonstrations and technical information regarding our products, and assist them during customer negotiations.
- Perform commissioning of ETEL products, conduct tests, and provide demonstrations.
- Recommend product improvements.
- This role includes approximately 20% business travel.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in applications engineering.
- Proven background in mechatronics or industrial machine design is advantageous.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of control and regulation theory.
- Fluent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
