In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and optimizing the applications that drive our terminal operations. From terminal operating systems and planning tools to operational and logistics platforms, you will be the go-to expert ensuring that business-critical systems perform at their best.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and optimizing key operational and logistics applications.
• Supporting end users with incidents, requests, and system improvements.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance business processes through technology.
• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues, collaborating with vendors as necessary.
• Maintaining documentation and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Contributing to IT and business improvement projects across the terminal.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Application Management, Systems Administration, or IT Support.
• Experience in logistics, industrial, warehouse, or port environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of TOS/WMS platforms is a plus (Softpak experience is a bonus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical topics into practical business solutions.
• Fluent Dutch communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

The role is available for both freelance and permanent options. Given the nature of this position, you will be required to be on-site as much as possible.
