Join Our Techfirm Industrial Services Team as an Aeronautical Engineer (M/W/D) ⚙️

Your Responsibilities
- Design mechanical principles and system architecture during the project upfront phase.
- Define mechanical interfaces with suppliers, ensuring robust support and follow-up.
- Distribute and prioritize tasks and sub-projects among team members based on manpower capacity, skills, and task constraints.
- Create engineering 3D models and 2D drawings for mechanical parts, assembly, and installation according to established engineering guidelines and quality standards.
- Motivate and guide assigned staff to achieve project goals related to schedule, quality, and cost.
- Employ a design-to-weight and design-to-cost approach aligned with project requirements.
- Proactively identify and address risk items, project roadblocks, and gaps between performance and client expectations.
- Conduct rework on 3D parts, assembly drawings, and installation drawings as necessary.
- Prepare, check, and release certification and compliance documentation.
- Participate in/tests and prepare corresponding reports as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant functional area from an accredited university.
- Several years of experience in mechanical engineering and management.
- Proficient in CAE & CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Catia V5, Siemens NX, TeamCenter) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive team spirit.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (oral and written); proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
