Admissions Assistant – Russian Language Markets

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as an Admissions Assistant for the Russian Language Markets.

80% - 100%

Responsibilities

• Support in the acquisition of students from markets where Russian is the dominant language (with potential expansion to other regional markets).
• Assist in the implementation of strategies for the designated markets.
• Engage in written and phone communication with interested parents and education partners.
• Provide support during the admissions process for prospective students.
• Welcome families on campus and conduct campus tours for family visits.
• Assist with data reporting related to admissions activities.

Requirements

• Experience in student admissions within a similar market environment.
• Ability to communicate persuasively on behalf of the school, cultivating essential client relationships.
• Willingness to travel occasionally on behalf of the school.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Russian (knowledge of other CIS languages and Bulgarian is a plus).
• Strong team player who is innovative and open to new ideas.
