The Perfect Candidate
We are seeking a skilled individual who possesses:
- Accounting knowledge (accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliation)
- Experience with accounting software, specifically SAP Fiori and EMMA
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Experience in invoicing and payment processing
- Data and document management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to assist in monthly and annual financial reporting
- Proficiency in Business English
- A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland is required

Main Responsibilities
- Review and process supplier invoices accurately
- Perform daily credit card reconciliations
- Correct nominal errors through proper journal entries
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers and suppliers
- Support the continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes
- Communicate clearly with the Regional Finance & Asset Manager
