Client Offboarding Specialist - Wealth Management

Your Role

Main Responsibilities
- End-to-end handling of client offboarding processes.
- Orchestrate all required activities with relevant internal partners, including cash transfers, asset transfers, product cancellations (e.g., cards, loans), and custody/account/relationship deactivation.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as the Asset Transfer Team and Front/Back Office.
- Support the Front Office by handling client contact, product sales, and mandate closures.
- Manage standard operating procedures and work on process enhancements.
- Identify risk items and escalate them to senior management as necessary.
Your Team
You will be part of the Client Offboarding Team, which consolidates the end-to-end process of offboardings for all Global Wealth Management clients. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within the organization.
Your Expertise
- Understanding of banking products.
- Proficient in both written and oral English and German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Commercial education/diploma or comparable qualification; higher education is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment with a high level of flexibility and a positive, results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate outputs and maintain a high quality of service.
