About the Role

Our client, an internationally operating industrial company actively shaping the future of energy and drive technologies, is seeking a communicative engineer or technician for welding technology to enhance their team. You will be responsible for the technical planning, supervision, and optimization of welding processes, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards while actively contributing to efficiency and innovation in manufacturing. Collaborating closely with customers, you will help shape tomorrow’s processes and discover long-term prospects within a forward-thinking environment.

Work Tasks

  • Utilize your technical welding expertise to review customer requirements and support projects from the offer phase through to quality assurance.
  • Prepare, review, and approve technical documentation in the field of welding technology.
  • Monitor welding activities during product development, repairs, and modernization, while collaborating closely with suppliers.

We Are Looking For

  • Fluent English skills; ideally, good to very good German skills.
  • Certification as a welding specialist or welding engineer (IWE/IWT) with professional experience.
  • Familiarity with standards and regulations such as ISO-3834, EN-1090, ASME-B31.3, EN-13480, and ASME-IX.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with customers.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
