Mission
We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist the Head of the Zurich Branch and Relationship Managers in administrative and transactional matters, providing vital support in their daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with opening new accounts for clients and maintain necessary documentation for all operations to foster effective relationships with clients.
- Execute trades and transfers, ensuring the accuracy of each transaction.
- Perform daily cash management functions for accounts and aid in preparing credit-related queries, including Hybrid Loans, Lombard loans, mortgages, PPLI premium finance loans, and credit card management.
- Independently handle client requests and instructions, including the execution of trades.
- Execute general office tasks, including day-to-day correspondence, mailing, and document management to support the operational needs of the team.
- Prepare and organize materials for client visits and business trips of Relationship Managers.
Profile
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within Private Banking.
- Federal banking diploma (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Word and Office-based applications, along with familiarity with banking systems.
- Fluent in German and English; any additional language would be an asset.
- Team player with the ability to prioritize tasks swiftly.
- Conscientious, well-organized, and adaptable.
- Excellent personal presentation.
