Join Our Team as a Watch Operator (H/F)

Currently, we are seeking several Watch Operators (H/F) on behalf of our partner, a prestigious watchmaking manufacturer.

Your Future Responsibilities

• Perform various manual operations, including loading machining, decorating, and assembly machines.
• Conduct quality control of your production regarding aesthetics and dimensions.
• Report any non-conformities to your supervisor.

Your Profile

• You must be of Swiss nationality or hold a B or C resident permit.
• You have undergone training in the watchmaking sector (CFH, IFAGE, etc.).
• You have prior experience in a production environment, ideally within the watchmaking sector.
• You possess strong skills in reading plans.
• You are comfortable using standard measurement tools such as comparators, gauges, and micrometers.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, and demonstrate a strong team spirit.
• You are willing to work day and 2x8 team shifts.
• You are available to work in both the Vaud and Geneva cantons.
