Your Responsibilities

As a Watchmaker, your future responsibilities will include:

• Assembling and adjusting watch movements in accordance with our brand's current standards.
• Handling various tasks related to uncasing and tuning.
• Carrying out refurbishment activities while ensuring impeccable quality.
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of workshop processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Holds a watchmaking CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence).
• Exhibits exceptional manual dexterity and precision in work.
• Maintains impeccable visual acuity and can concentrate for extended periods.
• Demonstrates methodological rigor and a strong sense of organization.
• Keeps an immaculate workstation, ensuring constant order and cleanliness.
• Is autonomous yet works well within a team, showcasing open-mindedness and attentive listening.
• Is versatile, adaptable, and capable of quickly analyzing situations to proactively solve technical problems.
