- Assemble and adjust watch movements in accordance with our brand's current standards.
- Oversee various inspection stations within the after-sales workshop.
- Conduct overhauls while ensuring impeccable quality.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes.
Your Profile
- Hold a watchmaker's diploma, with a specialization ideally in overhauling.
- Possess at least 10 years of experience, preferably in an after-sales workshop, with solid expertise in the field.
- Exhibit exceptional manual dexterity, precision, and impeccable visual acuity.
- Maintain optimal concentration over extended periods, showcasing methodology, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Keep your workstation impeccable, ensuring constant order and cleanliness.
- Demonstrate autonomy while closely collaborating with colleagues, showing team spirit, open-mindedness, and attentive listening for effective communication.
- Be versatile and flexible, easily adapting to varied tasks and quickly analyzing situations to proactively solve technical problems.
