We are currently seeking a dedicated Watchmaking Operator (M/F) on behalf of one of our esteemed clients.

Your Future Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly operations on watch components within a production workshop.
  • Adhere to quality and productivity guidelines as instructed.
  • Conduct quality control checks on your parts and maintain your workspace properly.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who ideally have recent experience in watchmaking or the manual trades, such as nail technologists or seamstresses, who are looking to shift their career path. Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Reside in or around the Biel area.
  • Demonstrate good visual acuity and strong concentration capabilities.
  • Exhibit excellent manual dexterity.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating within a team.
