Job Description
- Vulcanizing vacuum valve plates on hydraulic presses
- Preparing orders and ensuring efficient job changeover
- Quality control of completed work according to testing plans
- Packaging and labeling of cleaned components
- Performing running-time tasks (deburring, cleaning, packaging, etc.)
- Maintaining and caring for assigned operating resources as instructed, while cleaning the workplace
- Carrying out general tidying up and logistics activities
- Complying with operational safety regulations and work instructions
- Assisting in other productive areas as needed and according to skills
What We Expect
- School diploma (vocational/technical training is advantageous)
- Practical experience in operating machines, systems, and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good eyesight
- Good fine motor skills / craftsmanship
- Wearing cleanroom clothing (shoes, coat, hair protection, and hand protection)
- Wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) as instructed and according to need: protective shoes, goggles, hearing protection, gloves (latex, nitrile)
- Good physical condition (partly standing work, lifting loads)
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
- Team player with high flexibility
- Reliability
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation, including permanent night shifts
