We’re looking for a talented visual designer to join our in-house creative and marketing team in Zurich, Switzerland.

This isn't your typical design job.

This is EF — a global education company with offices and schools in over 50 countries, and a shared mission to open the world through education.

You’ll be working specifically with EF High School Exchange Year, one of EF’s exchange-focused programs. Our team spans Europe, Brazil, Asia, and the U.S., and our job is to inspire high school students (and their sometimes-skeptical parents) to spend a year living with a host family and attending high school in the U.S.

Your work will need to cross borders and break through the noise. You’ll design for different cultures and audiences, often in the same day. From bold, scroll-stopping visuals to print that feels polished and premium. From sleek landing pages to punchy social ads — and everything in between.

Some days will revolve around big ideas, while others will focus on execution. We’re looking for someone who’s excited by both aspects of design.

You might be a fit if you:

• Have 4–6 years of design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance — we care more about your work than your title)
• Studied graphic design, visual communication, or honed your skills through experience
• Are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Understand that design is about communication and sales, not just aesthetics
• Get excited about kerning and campaign strategy
• Can maintain composure when asked for quick turnarounds
• Are organized, proactive, collaborative, and know there’s more to teamwork than shared documents
• Think big but aren't afraid of production work when needed
