Job Description
Workshop Tasks:
- Read and accurately interpret work plans, taking precise measurements and marking references.
- Select metal pieces based on the drawings and data supplied by the technical office, including profiles, sections, and types of materials.
- Perform cutting of plates, sheets, and bars; milling, drilling, shearing, notching, filing, and grinding operations.
- Utilize automatic cutting and machining installations, and assemble various components through welding and bolting (TIG/MIG/MAG), while also mounting handles, locks, and other fittings, and applying seals.
- Treat surfaces with anti-rust paint and regularly clean tools and equipment, ensuring materials are stored properly.
- Assemble aluminum profiles.
Assembly Tasks:
- Assemble structural elements and hoist large pieces using appropriate hoisting equipment or cranes.
- Adjust and secure assemblies by bolting or welding.
- Install doors and windows, securing railings and other façade elements in compliance with safety standards.
We Expect:
- Possession of a metal constructor certificate, AFP, or equivalent experience in building metallurgy.
- Proficiency in installation and/or production processes.
- Fluency in French.
- Autonomy and versatility, along with a valid driving license.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to share ideas.
- Additional qualifications: lift and working at heights permits, as well as welding certifications are a plus.
