Job Description
Workshop Tasks:
- Read the work plan and accurately take measurements, marking the references.
- Choose metal pieces according to the drawings and data provided by the technical office (profile, section, type of materials).
- Cut plates, sheets, and bars. Mill, drill, shear, notch, file, and grind materials as required.
- Utilize automatic cutting and machining installations, assembling various elements through welding and bolting techniques (TIG/MIG/MAG). Mount handles, locks, and other fittings while applying seals.
- Treat surfaces with anti-rust paint and regularly clean tools and equipment, ensuring proper material storage.
- Assemble aluminum profiles.
Assembly Tasks:
- Assemble structural elements and hoist large pieces using cranes or hoists.
- Adjust and secure components by bolting or welding.
- Install doors and windows, and secure railings and other façade elements in compliance with safety standards.
We Expect:
- Holder of a metal constructor certificate, an AFP, or equivalent experience in building metallurgy.
- Proficiency in the installation and/or production process.
- Fluency in French.
- Autonomous and versatile with a valid driver’s license.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to share ideas.
- Preferred: Lift and working at heights permits, as well as welding certifications.
