Your Role

We are seeking a digitalization enthusiast who is eager to lead the digital transformation within our Value Chain, from supplier to delivery. In this role, you will create value for our business customers, enhance our digital backbone, and develop technology standards. Your contributions will significantly impact our Value Chain Digitalization strategy and related initiatives. This position is based at our global headquarters in Baden, Switzerland, and reports to the Head of Manufacturing Technology and Investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extend our digital backbone from supplier to delivery to enhance digitalization across our Value Chain.
  • Translate business needs into IT solutions and implement them through interdisciplinary collaboration, making these solutions visible within the organization.
  • Prioritize business requirements by assessing their potential value.
  • Optimize our value chain in process automation, digitalization, and operational excellence to enhance safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness, guided by our digital strategic initiatives.
  • Drive and implement technological innovations and digital solutions within our process and system landscape, aligned with our digital strategy.
  • Develop technology standards both within our factory and throughout the supply chain.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives at Accelleron.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of our value chain processes to identify innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Your Background

  • A degree in engineering, IT, or data science, with a strong focus on digitalization.
  • Proven programming capabilities complemented by exceptional analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Experience in the digitalization of processes related to production, logistics, supply chain, maintenance, and quality.
  • Familiarity with system architectures and interface design.
  • Experience in the machine industry is a plus.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit paired with a strong desire to drive digital change.
  • A keen interest in solving problems and working collaboratively across disciplines.
  • Solution-oriented, autonomous, and proactive work ethic, alongside a high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an advantage.
