Your Role

We are seeking a digitalization enthusiast who is passionate about driving digital change within our Value Chain—from supplier to delivery. You will create significant value for our business customers, enhance our digital backbone, and develop technology standards. Located at our global headquarters in Baden, Switzerland, you will report directly to the Head of Manufacturing Technology and Investments.

With the full standardization of digitally assisted manufacturing processes and an in-house interface for fully automated cells, we have laid the groundwork to evolve into a digital factory. Your motivation, digital expertise, and proven programming and analytical skills will be crucial to advancing our company towards Industry 4.0, generating significant business value and boosting our competitiveness. You will be an integral part of the Supply & Value Chain Excellence business unit.

Your Responsibilities

• Extend our digital backbone from supplier to delivery to scale digitalization in our Value Chain.
• Translate business needs into IT language and implement solutions within interdisciplinary teams.
• Prioritize business needs by estimating added value.
• Optimize our value chain in process automation, digitalization, and operational excellence to enhance safety, quality, OTD, and costs.
• Drive and implement technological innovation, specifically digital solutions in our process and system landscape.
• Develop technology standards within our factory and throughout the supply chain.
• Actively contribute to driving digital change within Accelleron.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of our value chain processes to identify innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Your Background

• Degree in a relevant engineering, IT, or data science discipline, with a strong understanding of digitalization.
• Proven programming skills, complemented by excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Experience in the digitalization of processes within production, logistics, supply chain, maintenance, and quality.
• Familiarity with system architectures and interface conception.
• Previous experience in the machine industry is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a keen desire to drive digital change.
• Strong interest in problem-solving and working collaboratively across disciplines.
• Autonomous and proactive working style with a high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
• Fluency in English is required; German is considered an asset.
