Position Overview

We are seeking a digitalization enthusiast to actively drive digital transformation across our Value Chain—from supplier to delivery—creating value for our business customers while extending our digital backbone and developing technology standards. Based at our global headquarters in Baden, Switzerland, you will report to the Head of Manufacturing Technology and Investments.

With the standardization of digitally-assisted manufacturing processes and an in-house interface to fully automated cells, we have laid the foundation for becoming a digital factory. Your motivation, digital expertise, programming proficiency, and analytical skills will be combined to propel our company towards Industry 4.0, generating substantial business value and enhancing our competitiveness. You will be a key member of the Supply & Value Chain Excellence business unit.

Your Responsibilities

  • Extend our digital backbone from supplier to delivery to scale digitalization in our Value Chain.
  • Translate business needs into IT language and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Prioritize business needs by estimating the added value to the organization.
  • Optimize our value chain through process automation, digitalization, and operational excellence to enhance safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency in alignment with our digital strategic initiatives.
  • Drive and implement technological innovation by introducing digital solutions within our process and system landscape.
  • Develop technology standards in our factory and beyond, from supplier to delivery.
  • Lead digital transformation efforts throughout all activities within Accelleron.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our value chain processes to identify innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Your Background

  • A degree in a relevant engineering, IT, or data science discipline, complemented by a strong understanding of digitalization.
  • Proven programming skills along with excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Experience in the digitalization of processes within production, logistics, supply chain, maintenance, and quality.
  • Familiarity with system architectures and interface design.
  • Experience in the machine industry is advantageous.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a passion for driving digital change.
  • A keen interest in problem-solving and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • A solution-oriented, autonomous, and proactive working style, showcasing high self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
