Our Treasury Advisory practice supports clients in addressing complex Treasury challenges, including strategy development, policy enhancement, process optimization, and system implementations – all while leveraging our extensive Treasury process and technology expertise.

The Treasury Advisory team delivers treasury-focused transformation programs grounded in a holistic design approach, utilizing cutting-edge solutions and technologies. We partner with leading global technology providers, integrating their tools with our established expertise to provide effective solutions to our clients.

How You Can Make an Impact

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the implementation of treasury management systems, such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, FIS, and others.
• Leading large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by steering the treasury workstream.
• Executing Treasury Advisory projects, which involve analyzing treasury operating models, optimizing treasury guidelines and policies, and enhancing banking, cash, and payment processes.
• Conducting Treasury Health Check, Review, and Internal Audit engagements to assist clients in benchmarking their treasury organization and processes against market best practices.
• Overseeing engagement delivery and presenting project deliverables to senior client management.

In addition to project delivery, you will play a critical role within the Treasury Advisory leadership team with responsibilities to:

• Generate leads by engaging with clients in the Swiss market and the broader European market, collaborating with other Treasury experts within the Deloitte network.
• Develop and publish materials that present Deloitte's perspective on key Treasury topics, enhancing market engagement and visibility.
• Create opportunities for significant and profitable engagements within the Treasury practice.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• Subject Matter Expertise in Corporate Treasury processes and systems (6+ years of experience).
• A network of Treasury professionals within the Swiss market.
• Experience in designing and implementing Treasury Management Systems, including Kyriba or at least one other treasury system (e.g., FIS, ION, Coupa).
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules related to Treasury (Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Advanced Payment Management).
• Consulting experience alongside analytical and design thinking skills with a passion for problem-solving.
• A commitment to knowledge sharing and collaboration with colleagues.
• Enthusiasm, positivity, and a desire to build a successful career in Treasury consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of Cash Management, Treasury Management, Payment Management, In-House Banking, Bank Relationship Management, FX Risk Management, and experience in developing optimization and transformation recommendations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
