Your Mission
As a key player in our team, your responsibilities will include the coordination of all travel-related logistics for our tests and races. This encompasses everything from initial planning and detailed preparation to execution and comprehensive follow-up.
- Organization and coordination of service providers and stakeholders involved in the project.
- Management of attendee registration and accreditation to ensure all participants are correctly documented.
- Monitoring travel expenses, including cost control and auditing invoices for accuracy.
- On-call availability during selected weekends and willingness to travel to specific events or races for on-site support.
- Tracking and documentation of all travel bookings, ensuring compliance with company policies while optimizing processes for efficient travel management.
- Close collaboration within the team and providing cross-departmental support as needed.
Your Profile
You should possess a successfully completed degree in business administration, tourism, or a related field, along with several years of relevant professional experience in the tourism industry, travel management, or motorsport.
- A broad understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, coupled with excellent project management knowledge.
- An independent, structured, precise, and proactive approach to work.
- Experience with event or attendee management software is an advantage.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
- A strong service and solution orientation.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A high degree of flexibility, resilience, and reliability.
- The capacity to maintain perspective and act confidently, even in high-pressure situations.
- Business-fluent skills in German or English; willingness to learn basic knowledge of the other language is desired.
