Your journey begins with a basecamp: a 4-week immersive blended experience designed to introduce you to our organization, the drug development process, various departments in Translational Medicine, the clinical trial process, and the tools and technical platforms necessary for your work.
Throughout the program, fellows will engage in continuous learning focused on soft skills, cross-functional exposure, and thematic introduction series—expanding your perspective beyond immediate teams and functions.
As a TM Academy fellow in PCS Data Science, you will gain knowledge and contribute to one or more of our global interdisciplinary teams, including Translational Toxicology, Mechanistic & Predictive Safety, Pathology, and Therapeutic Area Safety Assessment. Your contributions will support project teams throughout the Research & Development lifecycle across diverse disease areas and therapeutic modalities.
