The global Translational Medicine (TM) group at Biomedical Research builds upon basic research advancements to develop therapies that address unmet medical needs. We serve as a vital link between drug discovery and clinical application, enhancing the speed, quality, and productivity of drug development at Novartis, while playing a crucial role in delivering innovative medicines to patients.
The Clinical Sciences & Innovation (CS&I) team meticulously plans, designs, and manages the TM clinical portfolio, in partnership with Global Clinical Operations to implement TM clinical projects worldwide. Our associates are dedicated to ensuring a seamless transition from discovery research to clinical practice, driven by a commitment to clinical and data sciences, clinical innovation, patient centricity, and strategic planning.
The TM Academy is a cross-functional program designed for career starters, changers, and relaunchers. Your journey commences with an immersive four-week basecamp designed to introduce you to our organization, the drug development process, various departments in Translational Medicine, the clinical trial process, and the tools and technical platforms essential for your work.
