Your Impact

In this role, you will manage, direct, and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects, specifically supporting multinational groups operating within the Financial Services Industry. You will develop innovative concepts for designing new business models or optimizing existing ones, followed by the global implementation of these models.

You will be involved in scoping, planning, and delivering solutions for some of the world's leading companies across diverse industries, with a primary emphasis on the Financial Services sector.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing, understanding, and assessing global value chains and business models of multinational companies—identifying flows of products, services, intellectual property, and more—to address client needs and develop tailored solutions.

Additionally, you will advise clients on establishing and defending transfer pricing policies for various transactions, including financial transactions. Your expertise will extend to transfer pricing governance, documentation, and technology solutions.

As part of your role, you will assist clients with dispute resolution assignments and the agreement of advance rulings. Engaging in business development and refining service offerings will also be key components of your position.

Your Skill Set

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably from a consultancy role, focusing on clients in the Financial Services industry or providing Financial Transactions transfer pricing services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating multi-country transfer pricing projects.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
  • Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities within a team or area of expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen interest in figures and business contexts, enabling you to work with data, conduct research, and draft industry analyses.
  • A curiosity for exploring new solutions to client challenges, seeking new information, and making a significant impact.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term objectives, along with the ability to navigate complex situations while remaining adaptable and persistent.
