Your Impact

As a leader in the field, you will manage, direct, and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects, with a specific emphasis on supporting multinational groups in the Financial Services Industry. You will develop innovative concepts for designing new business models and optimizing existing ones, ensuring effective global implementation.

Your role will involve scoping, planning, and delivering tailored solutions for some of the world’s leading companies across various industries, while primarily focusing on those within the Financial Services sector.

You will review and analyze global value chains and business models of multinational companies—including the flows of products, services, and intellectual property—to identify client needs and develop customized solutions.

  • Advise clients on setting and defending transfer pricing policies for all types of transactions, including financial transactions.
  • Provide guidance on transfer pricing governance, documentation, and technology solutions.
  • Support clients in dispute resolution assignments and help them negotiate advance rulings.
  • Engage in business development and the enhancement of service offerings.

Your Skill Set

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally in a consultancy role, focusing on the Financial Services industry and/or financial transactions services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating multi-country transfer pricing projects.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • A readiness to take on leadership responsibilities within a team or area of expertise.
  • A strong interest in numbers and business contexts, with skills in data analysis, research, and drafting industry reports.
  • Adept at using MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term objectives, paired with the ability to adapt to complex and challenging situations.
