Your Impact
As a key player in our organization, you will:
- Manage, direct, and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects, focusing on supporting multinational groups within the Financial Services Industry.
- Develop concepts for the design of new or the optimization of existing business models, and implement these models on a global scale.
- Be involved in scoping, planning, and delivering solutions for some of the world's leading companies, primarily within the Financial Services sector.
- Review, understand, and assess global value chains and business models of multinational companies (including flows of products, services, and intellectual property) to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Advise clients on establishing and defending transfer pricing policies for various transaction types, including financial transactions, as well as governance, documentation, and technology solutions related to transfer pricing.
- Provide guidance on dispute resolution assignments and assist in reaching advance rulings.
- Participate in winning new projects and enhancing our service offerings.

Your Skill Set
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably in a consultancy role, with a focus on the Financial Services industry and/or financial transactions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating multi-country transfer pricing projects.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- The capability to take on leadership responsibilities within a team or area of expertise.
- An interest and flair for numbers and business contexts, with experience in data analysis, research, and drafting industry reports.
- A curious mindset, eager to explore innovative solutions for client challenges, seeking new information, and driving impactful results.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- A results-oriented mindset focused on long-term objectives and the ability to navigate complex situations with flexibility and persistence.
